How to solve the problem that the chain saw easily stalls when working?

1. Oil supply problem in oil circuit
Unbalanced fuel ratio and deterioration of oil: Mix two-stroke engine oil with gasoline strictly according to the proportion of the model, and replace all expired and turbid fuel.
The oil filter is clogged or the oil pipe is damaged. Take out the fuel filter element in the tank and clean it. If the oil pipe is cracked or aged, replace it directly and tighten the oil pipe joint.
Carburetor clogged, idle speed/high speed oil needle imbalance: disassemble and clean the carburetor to clear the oil passage, and readjust the idle speed and mixture ratio screws.
The vent hole of the fuel tank is clogged: clean the vent hole on the fuel tank cap. Abnormal fuel supply negative pressure will cut off the fuel and stall the engine.
2. Air intake system failure
The air filter element is full of sawdust and dust, and the air intake is insufficient and the mixture is too thick: clean it with a brush or wash the air filter with water, put it back after it is dry, and replace it with a new one if it is damaged.
The carburetor intake gasket is leaking and the mixture is too thin: replace the damaged sealing gasket and tighten the carburetor fixing screws.
3. Ignition system failure
Spark plug carbon deposits, electrode ablation, and gap abnormalities: Clean the carbon deposits and adjust the gap to 0.6~0.8mm. If the spark plug is aged or damaged, replace the spark plug directly.
High-voltage package and high-voltage line leakage, high-speed fire failure: Replace the high-voltage package components and check whether the lines are worn or broken.
4. Exhaust blockage
Carbon deposits accumulate in the muffler and exhaust pipe. The exhaust is blocked and the engine stalls. Remove the muffler and clean the internal carbon deposits. If the blockage is serious, expand the hole to clear it.
5. Insufficient cylinder compression
The piston and piston rings are worn, and the cylinder pressure drops: the cold engine is easy to start, and the hot engine expands and leaks and stalls. It is necessary to disassemble and replace the piston ring and inspect the cylinder.
6. Operation and heat dissipation issues
After long-term high-load cutting, the heat sink is blocked by sawdust: clean the heat dissipation holes in the cylinder block, and work intermittently to prevent the engine from overheating and stalling.
The chain is stuck and the resistance is too high: polish the chain, clean the guide plate sawdust, adjust the chain tightness, and reduce the engine load.
