Do you accept third-party inspections (e.g., SGS, Intertek)?

Sure, we support third-party inspections. You may arrange SGS, Intertek, TUV etc. for pre-shipment factory inspection, and we will fully cooperate.

Which Incoterms do you usually work with?

We accept FOB, CIF and EXW terms. Most clients choose FOB/CIF for easier logistics. We can also deliver to your Chinese forwarder per EXW/FCA.

Can I order a sample unit for quality testing before placing a bulk order?

Sure. We welcome sample orders for you to check product quality and performance. Samples cost more than bulk goods, and sample fees can be refunded or deducted in your future bulk purchases.

Which payment terms do you accept?

General: Bank T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment).

Can you supply spare parts?

Yes. We supply a full range of compatible spare parts (e.g., cylinders, pistons, crankcases, starters, sprocket covers, filters) with favorable bulk pricing.

What’s your warranty policy?

We offer 6/12 months warranty against manufacturing defects (commercial/individual). Spare parts support is available for 12 months.

What’s the lead time for standard orders?

20-30 days after order confirmation. Custom orders require +10-20 days for design/production setup.

How do you ensure product quality?

For most models. we maintain >85% in-house production rate & 3-tier QC: Sub-assembly inspection Final functional testing (100% ex-factory check) Pre-shipment audit

Can I request custom branding/packaging?

Yes! We support OEM/ODM services. Custom logos, packaging, and manual designs require an additional 10-20 days for production (excluded design cummunication spends).

What’s your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 100 units per model. For OEM/ODM projects, MOQ varies based on customization complexity.
