If the blade is deformed, curled, or cracked: remove the blade and straighten it. If the blade is seriously damaged, replace it with a new one.

1. First check the blade related issues (the most common reason)

The blade installation is unbalanced and the nut is loose: flatten the gasket, tighten the fixing nut diagonally, and replace the missing gasket in time.
The blade is entangled with a large amount of weeds and soil: clean the vines and weeds entangled at the base of the blade and the blade base to keep the load even.
2. Transmission shaft and gearbox failure
The drive shaft is bent and the internal flexible shaft is broken: Replace the drive shaft assembly and correct the bent shaft.
The gearbox is short of grease and the gears are worn and vibrating: add high-temperature lubricating grease. If the gears are damaged, replace the gearbox directly.
3. Body shock absorption and machine rod issues
The shock-absorbing rubber sleeve of the handle is aging and cracking: replace the shock-absorbing rubber pad to reduce vibration transmission of the entire machine.
The long operating rod is bent and deformed: Correct or replace the metal operating rod.
4. Abnormal engine operating conditions cause associated vibrations
The engine idling is unstable and the piston and crankshaft are worn: clean the spark plug carbon deposits, repair the carburetor, and repair the cylinder crankshaft if it is seriously worn.
The screws fixing the machine rod are loose: tighten all the fixing bolts connecting the fuselage and engine.
